In our test, there were about more than 200 minutes of talk time in the whole month.
We think it’s safe to say that the sound quality was solid. The people on the other end of the phone agreed as well.
Other than the US, Twigby also offers the ability to call people overseas. Users can call Canada, China, and Mexico without any additional charges.
However, we didn’t test this feature so that is a bit of untested territory.
Twigby Reviews: Data Speed
When you use Twigby, you will only be getting Sprint’s network for 4G LTE data when you connect to mobile data through your phone.
If you find yourself living in an area where Sprint’s network is rather reliable, Twigby is going to bode well with you.
However, if you live somewhere where sprint’s network is not so good, then it is likely that you will find Twigby bad. The slow network speed is going to annoy the life out of you.
In our test, From South Florida, the Mobile Data speeds of Twigby were rather inconsistent.
Moreover, there were some places that only had 3G data available. Nevertheless, when we tested the speed in Atlanta, the story was totally different.
We used Ookla for Speedtest. Speedtest by Ookla Confirmed that the average download speed offered by Twigby was around 25 Mbps.
Considering these readings, It’s safe to say that the experience of surfing the web and streaming video is going to be seamless.

Since Twigby is an online-only company, there are no physical stores that you can visit for customer support. This also takes away the option to receive customer support through the phone number.
